Receptionist for the Social Services

Are you passionate about service and providing a good reception? Do you want to help create a positive experience in contact with social services? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

One of our two receptionists will be on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute until the end of February 2027, with the possibility of extension.

As a receptionist, you are the face of the social services and play an important role in meeting both the municipality's citizens and our employees.

The position is located within the unit for elderly and disability investigations, which consists of a unit manager, social workers, transportation coordinators, and administrative staff.

What can we offer you?

In the role of receptionist, you will among other things:

• receive and guide visitors
• be responsible for mail handling and reception
• collaborate and cooperate with social services employees
• handle certain orders and bookings
• perform administrative tasks
• be responsible for the administration's service vehicles

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone who:

• has at least a high school education or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
• has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has good computer skills
• holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in administration or another related field. As a receptionist, you are often the first contact with social services, and therefore we place great emphasis on service and reception. You are service-oriented, enjoy meeting people, and have a professional and respectful attitude in all situations. You work in a structured manner, are responsible, and contribute to a safe and positive experience for our visitors.

Selection will take place on an ongoing basis.
